2026 Season Pass Available
Southside Place citizens may apply for a Season Pass. A Season Pass costs $600 annually per family. A season pass fee for Over 65-year-old residents is $350 in 2026. Season Pass holder families in good standing get expanded access to the Southside Place Park and recreation facilities (tennis courts and pool) and discounts on rentals of the clubhouse, pool, and pavilion.
