Description of Responsibilities
The City Secretary’s Office provides information and documentation to inquiries about city government and services. The City Secretary’s Office acts as the liaison between the municipal court judges and court proceedings. In addition, the city secretary provides notary services to the public.
The City Secretary’s Office records and maintains agendas and minutes, resolutions, and ordinances, conducts municipal elections, and is responsible for alcoholic beverage permits.
